Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AdShimmer on the number of websites specified by your tier: Personal (1 site), Professional (3 sites), Agency (10 sites), or Unlimited (unlimited sites). Each license activation is tied to a specific domain.

You may install and use AdShimmer on your own websites or client websites within your license limits, modify the generated CSS/PHP output for your specific needs, and use the plugin for commercial purposes on licensed sites.

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense AdShimmer, share license keys with unauthorized parties, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, or use the plugin on more websites than your license permits.

All payments are processed securely by LemonSqueezy. Yearly licenses are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. Prices are in USD and may change without notice for new purchases.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with AdShimmer for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

Yearly licenses include one year of updates and support from the purchase date. Lifetime licenses include updates and support for as long as we maintain the product. We strive to provide timely support but do not guarantee response times.

Your license may be terminated if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using AdShimmer and remove it from all websites. Yearly license non-renewal is not considered termination — the plugin will continue to function, but you won't receive updates.

AdShimmer is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the plugin will eliminate all CLS issues, as results depend on your specific configuration and ad setup. We are not responsible for any impact on your website's performance or revenue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AdShimmer. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of AdShimmer after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
